CERTIFIED SAFETY
Work Protection is understood to be measures for protecting the employees against work-related safety and health hazards. The objective is accident prevention and the greatest possible protection of the employee. The most important protective measure is the certified Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) from JUTEC.
THE CE MARKING
Is a marking according to EU law for certain products in the context of product safety. By applying the CE marking, manufacturers confirm that their products comply with the applicable European directives.
THE CAT MARKING
Like other personal protective equipment, protective gloves are grouped in three categories according to the European Directive for Personal Protective Equipment (89/686/EEC).
EC DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY
With the EC declaration of conformity, the manufacturer confirms that a product placed on the market complies with the fundamental health and safety requirements of all relevant European directives. The EC declaration of conformity is the basis for the CE marking of the corresponding product.
EC TYPE EXAMINATION CERTIFICATE
This certificate proves that a prototype satisfies the relevant provisions of the directive (currently 89/686/EEC; Personal Protective Equipment).
Attention: A fabric certification is no substitute for an EC type examination certificate!
A complete certification requires both certificates.
MANUFACTURER’S INFORMATION
The manufacturer’s information on the PPE must be made available to the user in his/her national language in writing or via a download.
